• Remove mat from carton and allow it to warm to at least room temperature
• Once fully warmed, unroll the mat onto a totally flat and even floor
• Flip mat over, roll it back up in the opposite direction, and unroll again with the smooth side down

• Place flat weighted items (such as books) on the corners and center
• After 72 hours, remove weights and the mat will stay flat.
