Marketing Assistant
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the ongoing growth of Madison Liquidators. In this role, you will work directly with company leadership to assist in all aspects of marketing, including content publishing, digital advertising support, email marketing, SEO initiatives, and campaign coordination. This position is designed for growth — the ideal candidate will start by learning and executing marketing operations under the guidance of the founder,
with the opportunity to take on greater responsibility and leadership over time. As you gain experience and deliver results, you will be positioned to grow into a Head of Marketing role, taking greater ownership of strategy, execution, and team leadership.
Job Description
- Assist with the planning, scheduling, and execution of marketing campaigns across web, email, and social media channels.
- Brainstorm blog posts, landing pages and website updates with SEO best practices in mind.
- Prepare and send email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and customer communications.
- Coordinate marketing projects between internal teams (design, videography) and external vendors (as assigned).
- Organize marketing assets including graphics, video, ads, and product images.
- Support paid advertising efforts by building and modifying campaigns in Google Ads and other platforms.
- Compile marketing performance reports, pulling data from Google Analytics, Ads Manager, SEO tracking tools, and CRM systems.
- Assist with keyword research, content planning, and basic SEO updates to product pages and articles.
- Maintain and update marketing calendars, project trackers, and campaign schedules.
- Research marketing strategies and industry trends to support campaign development.
- Contribute creative ideas for content marketing, social media, and brand growth initiatives.
- Take ownership of assigned marketing tasks with a goal-oriented, detail-focused mindset.
- Coordinate and manage various marketing channels.
- Be proactive in learning new marketing tools, technologies, and strategies to support company growth.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with online advertising platforms.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Must obtain outstanding writing skills.
- Ability to analyze numbers and metrics to suggest changes to improve campaign performance.
- Ability to work full-time on a Monday thru Friday 9AM-5PM schedule.
