The power pole is necessary if you require a ceiling feed for your cubicle set-up. It's compatible with with all powered cubicles from the Avenir series by Gen2. It includes an upper raceway assembly, 2-way plates, screws, glides, wire harness, ceiling cover plates, and upper/lower power pole extensions.
