What are your hours?

We are open from 10AM-6PM Monday thru Friday and 10AM-4PM Saturday and Sunday.

Where are you located?

Our main office and showroom and located in Middleton Wisconsin.

What states do you serve?

We provide delivery, setup, assembly and liquidation services in Madison and Milwaukee Wisconsin as well as Chicago Illinois. New furniture can be delivered throughout the lower 48 states however assembly services are not provided and would have to be arranged independently.

We liquidate business assets which can include furniture and office equipment.

Do you offer space planning?

Yes, we are able to provide space planning service for single offices or entire office suites with cubicles, workstations, reception desks and other business furniture.

What products do you provide?

We sell desks, office chairs, storage cabinets, filing cabinets, bookcases, conference tables, coffee tables, side and end tables, meeting tables, training tables, guest and waiting room chairs, stacking chairs sofas, loveseats, club chairs, monitor mounts, cubicles and more.

What type of warranty do you provide?

Most furniture we sell includes a 5 year warranty.

How do I place an order?

You can place an order in person, over the phone, through online chat or through our website.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, business check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, EFT and PayPal.

Is sales tax collected in my state?

We only collect sales tax in the state of Wisconsin.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final, any items that are paid for and not picked up within 10 days are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Delivery & Assembly

When will my order arrive?

Most orders are shipped the next business day and arrive in 3-5 days depending on your location.

How much do you charge for assembly?

Assembly is billed at a rate of $35 per man hour. Most assemblies require a minimum of two people who are proficient in furniture assembly.

How is furniture delivered?

Furniture is delivered from our warehouse by truck, trailer or semi.

What is tailgate delivery?

Tailgate delivery is offered if you have a forklift to remove your items from the back of a semi. This is the most cost effective form of delivery as it allows you to forgo liftgate fees.

What is liftgate delivery?

Liftgate delivery is provided when you do not have a forklift or any means to remove pallets from the back of a semi. In this case, the truck driver will load your items onto the liftgate and lower them down to street level for you.

How much is delivery?

Delivery costs vary depend on the size of your order and logistics. Large orders shipped throughout the Midwest often are able to forgo delivery fees while smaller orders will incur fees as the manufacturer is unable to bear the cost into the order.

How do I receive free shipping?

Many businesses in the Midwest can receive free shipping direct from the manufacturer on orders greater than ,500. Lift gate fees may still apply. Please contact a sales representative to find out if your order qualifies for free delivery.

How long does it take for orders to arrive?

After being shipped, orders generally take 1-3 days to arrive.

How many chairs do I need around my conference table?

Please refer to our Conference Table Seating Chart.

What size conference tables do you have?

We stock conference tables including 6FT, 10FT, 12FT and large. Tables can be extended to whatever size you need by adding leafs to extend the length of the table.

What shape conference tables do you have?

We have Racetrack, Boat Shaped, Circular, Square, and Rectangular shaped conference tables. If you need to create a L, U, T or W shape, this can be done by ordering multiple training tables and placing them in your room as needed.

How can I improve the ergonomics of my desk setup?

There are 3 major changes you can make to your current desk setup. By implementing these changes you will find that you are able to work longer with less muscle strain in your back, neck and shoulders. Firstly an electronic or manual sit stand desk can be implemented as a standalone workstation or seamlessly into a L Shape or U Shape desk. Secondly, adjustable monitor arms should be added to your desk if you find yourself looking down and lastly an ergonomic chair should be added for the occasions when you sit at your desk. Normally an ergonomic office chair will have adjustable arms, seat and back which you can adjust to fit your needs.

What finish options do you have for laminate furniture?

We stock Cherry, Mahogany, Dark Walnut, Espresso, Modern Walnut, Honey, Maple, White, Tiger Stripe and Gray Speckle laminate furniture.

What size desks do you have?

Desks come in many shapes and sizes. You can have a straight desk, L shape desk or a U shape desk. Normally the main desktop measures 60x30, 66x30 or 72x30. Returns and bridges normally measures 24x42 and matching credenzas can be ordered in the same lengths as the main desk but are normally 24 inches deep.

What is the quality of the office furniture you sell?

We sell commercial grade laminate office furniture. Compared to cheap particle board you will find in some retail stores, our furniture is high end, solid, resists scratching and wear and is similarly priced. The quality of the furniture is backed by a 5 year warranty to resist a cosmetic defects.
