Administrative Assistant

Job Summary

As an Administrative Assistant you will answer client emails, submit purchase orders, convert purchase orders to invoices, verify transactions, enter tracking information, run fraud checks and track multiple reports. Success in this position means working accurately and efficiently to make sure all data is accurately entered and follow up on in a timely manor.

• Submit Purchase Orders Daily
• Convert Purchase Orders to Invoices
• Verify online Transactions
• Enter Tracking Information
• Run Fraud Checks
• Track Multiple Reports
• Manage multiple Inboxes

Requirements

• Comfortable using computers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail

Bonus Requirements

• Accounts Payable/Receivable Experience
• Experience using Quickbooks Online
• Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
